The Primary forms are:
1)
ROBOTPARK-01
This is a completely non operator assisted Robotized Car Park with a vertical
lift and with parking cells on either side of the Lift. The cars are
transported to the required level and transferred to the pre-appointed cell.
2)
ROBOTPARK-02
This
is a completely non operator assisted Robotized Car Park with a vertical lift
integrated into a rugged horizontally moving Vehicle comprising a three axis
robot. A fairly large number of cars can be stored in this longitudinal, 3
axis system.
3)
ROBOTPARK-03
This is a completely non
operator assisted Robotized Car Park with a vertical lift and with two columns
of parking cells on either side of the Lift longitudinally. The cars are
transported to the required level, side shifted and transferred to the
pre-appointed cell. This is also longitudinal 3 axis system.
This system comprises
mainly of a robust, robotized transporting mechanism capable of all three linear
axis, i.e. X, Y and Z. After the car is transferred to the Robot, it lifts
vertically while moving in the longitudinal direction to reach the target cell.
On reaching the target cell, the tray and car are transferred in the transverse
direction into the cell.
4)
ROBOTPARK-04
This
is similar to ROBOTPARK-01 but engages half footprint dimensions with faster and
luxurious operation.
5)
ROBOTPARK-05
This
is similar to 01 in concept but designed at 8 times faster speeds, hence travels
at 4 m/sec to reach a height of 116 m and store a car longitudinally.
6)
ROBOTPARK-06
This system is meant for
large number of cars, from about 500 to 3000 cars per system with a view of
obtaining the best techno-economic considerations. To achieve high throughput,
the system utilizes the technique of physically separating all the robotic
elements and deploying the required number of elements in each of the levels and
providing the required number of Vertical Lifting robots
